Is a security deposit required?

Yes, a one month’s worth of rent is the security deposit for the unit you are interested in.

What do I need to move in?

If you pass the credit and background check, the first month’s rent and a security deposit is required to receive keys. A lease agreement will be signed as well

Are all utilities included?

Yes, all utilities are included with normal residential utility usage. If there is a spike in usage due to out of the ordinary usage, you will be billed for it. Utilities include gas, water, electricity, landscaping and WIFI.

What amenities are included?

Amenities vary from unit to unit. Some units share common areas but other units include a full washer/dryer or have a private entrance. Please check the specific unit you are interested in to view the amenities that unit offers.

Do I get a parking spot?

No. Unless explicitly stated on your lease agreement, parking is first come first serve for the driveway but there is plenty of street parking.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, no. Since these are communal units, we cannot accommodate to all tenants, some of which are allergic to pets. To prevent any complaints, pets are not accepted.

Do you check my credit score?

Yes, but it is a soft pull and doesn’t affect your score. If you decide to proceed with renting a unit, a formal credit and background check is conducted through Trans Union so we can verify the answers you provide in the prescreening form.
